We are looking for a Resident Relations Manager to join the team at The Palazzo Communities in Los Angeles, CA!
The Resident Relations Manager supervises the group responsible for quality control for all new leases and lease renewals.
May inspect apartments prior to move in (Perfect Move-in Program). Oversees completion of resident move in process (i.e., sign leases, collect rent) and inventory inspections with residents.
Monitors resident retention program.
Maintains Resident Retention Contact Database. Manages lease renewal process.
May maintain the Digital Storefront community page and communication applications for existing residents.
Completes daily follow-up with residents on service requests. Reviews work orders/logs (monitors 24 Hour Guarantee program).
Implement and monitor the "You Make the Difference" program.
Administers collections and eviction process.

High School degree or equivalent and 3-5 years experience in property management.
